SYSTEMIC AND COUPLES´THERAPHY

· The systemic approach considers that our surroundings (relationships, environment, situations) contribute towards creating the problem, but also to solve it. This therapy, which may be for families, couples or individual, identifies the diverse systems interacting, as well as the vicious or virtuous circle that allows finding solutions. In this therapy, the past is important so long it is connected to the present. One looks for the How, as opposed to What or Why.
